Her commitment to education is evident through her involvement in events like the Virginia Natural Beauty Mega Expo and her 3year tenure as an educator with the Weave Xperts team.

With over 20 years of experience, SimoneJ's dedication to growth extends beyond the salon. As a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist focusing on trauma, healing, and reconciliation, she intertwines hair braiding with life skills, nurturing personal development in both youth and adults.
At 804BraidsandMore, our passion extends beyond hair - it's about empowering individuals to become the best version of themselves. We've also partnered with Engage Food Pantry and Resources, we've fed over 60,000 people in 2023 alone.
