Question: Do I need to shampoo and blow-dry my hair before I come?

Answer: No. shampoo and blow-dry is included with each service

Question: Is hair included in the service

Answer: Yes, with the exception of bundles for sew-ins.

Question: Do you offer touchups on individuals and sew-ins?

Answer: Yes, only if the work was done at 804Braids and More. We do not go over other stylist work.

Question: I have alopecia/ balding, any options for me?

Answer: Yes, you have options, we have some solutions, call your stylists to discuss directly.

Question: How do I maintain my look?

Answer: Stylist will go over preferred products and techniques to maintain your custom look.

Question: What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Answer: Any medicated shampoo recommended by your doctor (if you have scalp issues), and a positive attitude.
